Sharing With Partner Lenders
When you submit a funding request, we share the details of that request with partner lenders so they can review it. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with partner lenders (see Disclosure Information below).
SMS / Text Messaging
You can opt in to text messages from Ranch Capital LLC by entering your phone number and checking an SMS consent box on our Contact form, our Application form, or in the chat window on our website. Our forms have two separate boxes: one for marketing text messages and one for non-marketing text messages (such as updates and appointment reminders). You can check either, both, or neither. The boxes are never pre-checked, and you do not have to opt in to submit a form or to work with us.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We use your phone number and opt-in consent only to send these messages.
Disclosure Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies & Tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The chat window on our website is provided by LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar browser storage to keep your chat session working. Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when a page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the chat window may not work without them.
Data Security
We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted information is limited to Ranch Capital staff and the partner lenders reviewing your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
